Chief Estimator/Construction Manager

Mr. Willis has served with Gamut for nearly a decade and is responsible for planning and scheduling, supervision, development and maintenance of schedules, drawings , specifications, equipment and labor.

Mr. Willis has vast experience in all phases of construction management and has been responsible for projects ranging in size from $140 million to $20 billion. He has worked on a wide variety of commercial projects including supermarkets, drug stores, satellite stores, warehouses, food processing plants, petroleum pumping stations, restaurants, hospitals and movie theaters.

He was responsible for creating CPM schedules for the new $20 billion MTA Subway System for LOs Angeles as well as a $140 million Solar One pilot point project in Daggett California form the Department of Energy and Souther California Edison converting sun energy into commercial electricity utilizing hilostat mirrors.

He received his Engineering degree from Cal Poly University, Pomona, California.
